Junior World Rally Car driver Catie Munnings has been announced as an Andretti United driver the for the radical new racing series, Extreme E.
The environment conscious electric SUV off-road racing series will see the best drivers meet in five remote destinations around the world: Senegal, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Greenland and Brazil. Pitch Representation's Munnings will be joined by Timmy Hansen in the prestigious motor racing team for the inaugural edition of the series, which is scheduled to begin January 2021.
The races, which will be broadcast on BBC and around the world, will be used raise awareness the issues each territory is facing due to climate change.
Catie Munnings on joining Andretti United:
