Pitch Representation client Joe Hart signed for Burnley prior to the start of the 2018-19 Premier League season and has made an immediate impact for the club.
Nine games into the season, Joe leads the league in saves (40), which has had many calling for him to be recalled to the England squad.
While he is yet to be selected again for the Three Lions at this stage, he has earned the praise of England Manager Gareth Southgate and many others.
Here’s a collection some the positive reviews Joe has garnered so far this season!
Burnley Manager Sean Dyche on how Joe Hart has adapted to life at Burnley.
“He had a start with the injuries [to Nick Pope and Tom Heaton] but I told him there was a big demand here with the group of goalkeepers we’ve got. He’s risen to that, but then he’s a quality goalkeeper."
“Joe needed a base again, he’s been on loan and it’s a different challenge. The one thing he didn’t come for was the money, 100 per cent."
“He wanted to play and test himself, he knew it wouldn’t be a walk in the park. He’s taken on that challenge and enjoyed it.”
Former Manchester City team-mate Vincent Kompany on how important Hart was during his time at Manchester City and his recent performances.
"I can only reiterate how much of a legend he is for this club. It can't be under-estimated what an impact he's had on helping to build this place and make it what it's become today.
You take away what you see on the pitch, his ability to stop goals - Joe is a winner. He's always been a massive personality and voice. Having him in your team makes a difference by his presence."
“In a team like he's in today, you can see the lads fighting for each other, a togetherness. He's able to lift that team."
England Manager Gareth Southgate on Joe’s chances of earning a recall for England.
"I think it's great that he looks very settled. The move to Burnley has obviously worked for him - he looks confident in his game.
"There's no way that, long term, Joe is ruled out.”
Burnley team-mate Jack Cork.
“He has great experience of the Premier League and Europe and at international level.
"He is a good personality, a good guy and fits in well with the lads. It seems like a good match for him and the club and hopefully he can impress and keep improving his career."
